Cyndi attended the WVMA Practice Management Institute Leadership Meeting at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells.  She learned about Health Care Reform, Disciplinary Investigations and Terminations, Hiring and evaluating legally and correctly, Employment Handbooks and Policies, and Record keeping and Informed Consent.

Cyndi attended the Communications Solutions Compliance Summit right here at Olympia in Oconomowoc.  She learned how to dramatically improve compliance in the animal hospital.

Cyndi graduated from Purdue Veterinary Management Instituted in February 2010.  She spent two years learning about Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management and Strategic Thinking.
